"When I got into a car accident I chose Chau's Auto Repair. Service was amazing. When the tow truck company dropped off my car at their shop, Dennis came out of his way and picked up my car keys from my house. He reassured us that they were able to fix the damages and did not disappoint! Dennis gave us updates throughout the process and where he was at when it came to the repairs. They were very nice, and very accommodating. Well recommended and I have no regrets! My car looks brand new as if I never got into an accident in the first palce! We're very happy and satisified with the results and service!"

"I got into an accident where my bumper was completely dented inwards--making my truck not drivable. During the timeframe I needed repairs, all auto shops in WA were completely busy and filled up, including Chau's Auto Shop. Chau was able to make room for my truck regardless* and fix it in less than two weeks.
Upon arriving he also told me I needed an oil change too and went out his way to change my oil for free.
Thank you Chau and Dennis. It was a great pleasure working with you guys. Chau will be my go-to from now on."
